Hello All,
I am diligently accumulating the necessary documents for a Spousal sponsorship.
Is the Birth Certificate of a Cuban Spouse required in the application for a Spousal Sponsorship? Once again, the CIC Website is either unclear, or has ambiguously stated this. If so, does it have to be the ''Original"? The CIC "Country Specific" Guide 3909e, states "If you are a Cuban National, you must send originals of all documents, unless otherwise instructed". The Guide does not otherwise instruct.
