We have seen the updated processing time for Philippines at Quebec's website. It stated that:
"Philippines Janvier 2010, If you have submitted an application for immigration before this date and your file is complete, you should have been called for a selection interview."
My question is if this update means that they only conduct the selection interview last January 2010 or does it mean that they will start their selection interview January 2010 onwards?
In addition, we have submitted our application prior to this date but we have not received a call yet for a selection interview. What does it mean?

Based on what they written on the website, i think tht the selection interview had already been conducted for those who submitted their application before Jan 2010. But its quite confusing, I really don't get it what they say on the website

This means if your file was submitted before January 2010 and if it is complete in all aspects, you would have been called for the selection interview. I had the same situation and sent a mail to BIQ HK asking for clarification. They replied back stating that the selection interviews were currently being scheduled and to wait some more. Within 1 month, I got the interview call. So, yours must be due soon. Good luck!

Just wanted to inquire the details of your application and the points u are scoring. whether u stand the possibility of selection on file without the need for an interview.
