Does anyone know the processing time for a CSQ under an H&C application? Even when I called, they had no answer and just told me to wait

Approval for CSQ is partially dependent on PR quotas so not as easy a question as you may think. You basically have no option but to wait and monitor processing times for others with similar application dates for CSQ like you are doing.

I thought the CSQ is independent of PR and that they are processed separately. By the way my application is about 39 months now

Although independent Quebec is likely slowing down CSQ approval to slow down the general immigration process to try to meet their own targets.

It took 6 months for me to receive my CSQ.Hope you get it soon
