Hello, we were asked to upload CSQ approval on GC key. Does anyone know if IRCC or VO sends a letter letting us know that they've received the CSQ?

Hey.. I got my CSQ in March 2021 and last week I asked them if they received my CSQ AND they told me that they never receive my CSQ SO I uploaded through webform and waiting for their reply.
I am a April 2020 Applicant.

Yes, it is best to send via webform even if they say you don’t need to. The good news is they respond fairly quickly to the webform. They took 4 days to confirm receipt to me.

Unfortunately its been days we have tried several times but each time we received this message "Based on information you entered, we found no application"
Its so weird cause we entered right information! we also informed this problem as a technical problem via web form. but still we have received no answer

of course they do process our applications too. But i guess as the visa offices are busy with issuing study visaS nowadays, they will have a delay in sending medicals for other applications. Lets think positive guys

When it asks for the number of people in the application, add the sponsor in that number. It should be 2 or more if sponsoring more than one person.

You have to put 2, not 1.

but my wife is the only person that i sponsored and she is the applicant. what is the logic behind writing 2 ?!!! or considering myself as sponsor i have to write 2???

I know, it makes no sense. But it’s the only way to actually connect the account. You have to include the sponsor in the number of people.
