Mine returned twice..i was granted csq in third attempt after i took lawyer advice..they never tell you your mistakes one time..they return it again and again ..

They indicated only abt the paymnt form in the letter...we just signed another copy nd added..is it possible they might return again??

Congratulations! Technically you don’t have to send it anywhere, as MIFI is supposed to forward it automatically to the Visa Office, but I called and asked if it is recommended to send it via web form and the IRCC agent said that they absolutely recommend it.
So if I were you I would send a scanned copy to your visa office via web form. That is what I did, and I received an email confirming receipt.

Mine they send at first coz of wrong credit card no and then i send money draft with file next time they return it coz i didt attach a letter which state my wife is eligible to sponsor me..u r lucky now they take only month and so but at the time of covid they return mine after 4-4 months twice ..

that's painful...my husband remembers sending them all papers but they stated payment authorisation was not received..so they sent our back after 15 days...isn't payment authorisation the payment by credit card form?

Yes credit card no was required..just a foam to fill with credit card no
