CSQ Application - Expecting a baby in August/September

Hello guys,
Hope you all are good.
I would like to ask a question regarding addition of new born in CSQ. I got the CSQ from Quebec but now I am expecting a child in August/September. My question in this case is that should I wait for my new and add them in CSQ (Its a long process almost take around 7 8 months more) before apply PR Or Apply PR and than later add baby during PR application processing. Is that possible ?

Yes , you can send your Federal PR application now. Once you have CSQ of your new born send it to your visa office along with updated forms.
