So I have an active profile that expires in November 2021. I recently updated my IELTS scores to replace the old ones that had expired. This is the only change I have made since creating the profile. I got an email this morning stating that I am no longer eligible to apply. This does not make sense. I have an ECA, I have valid test scores, and I have the required 1 year of work experience.
The application status says "Update Not Submitted". There is no "Continue" button on the page where I can esign and transmit. Even the option to withdraw the profile is gone from my homepage so I can't even create a new account. Has this happened to anyone else?
