They have also increased those who are fluent in French and English with an additional 20 points so 50 points instead of 30. And French only applicants are being offered 25 additional points up from 15.

i checked it today and it has been fixed now. ( back to 15 instead of 15+15)
Anyways, lets wait and see if ircc gives any announcement.
