CRS score different on the calculator and Express Entry profile?!!

Hi,

I get different CRS scores when I try using the CRS calculator and the express entry profile I created yesterday. For my Canadian work experience (I have 1+ year of work experience with work permit, no LMIA required), I have 0 points on my express entry profile. Why is that? I know that the website was experiencing technical delays and difficulties, but is anyone experiencing the same problem???? should I call CIC to see?? helppp
