Hello All

I have 11 months of Canadian experience and the profile is displaying CEC criteria met.

Should i go ahead with application or wait for 12 months to complete?
 
You should wait until you have physically completed 12 months/1560 hours, it is not long after all !.
 
I have a similar situation, I had 10months experience when I entered the pool but I received an ITA and points for
CEC and my status changed to met under CEC should. I decline or wait for the 12th month before submitting the required documents?

you should decline. You must meet the eligibility criteria at the time you receive the ITA.
