Creating Express Entry profile

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask about creating express entry profile. I am planning to come to canada by Spousal Visa and to apply FSW while in Canada. What I want to know is that can I create Express Entry profile after passing FSW point? As per Canadian Government website, one must have at least one-year Canada work experience when applying Express Entry.

You are linking to CEC with Canadian experience not FSW. So you have apply to EE if you are eligible. No such thing as a spousal visa so not sure how your are coming to Canada.
