I do not have 1 year of work experience to apply for PR under Canadian Experience Class, and hence I am not eligible. Can I proceed with application under Federal Skilled Worker Program?
While doing research earlier, I saw somewhere that only Canadian experience class was listed to apply within Canada under express entry.
