Created New GC Key Account - Cannot see Permanent Residence Application

I received ITA on 18th December 2015 to apply for permanent residence. Unfortunately,I lost my username and password for my original GC key account :'( so I created a new GC key account.

I successfully linked my existing express entry application however cannot see my Permanent Residence Application which I haven't submitted to CIC yet and in process of gathering documents.


Need your help in how to move forward

I guess you should raise technical queries. you have 60 days to apply for PR. "run.. run.. run"
