CRA and severance package

Hello All, After calling CRA at 8:30 in morning for 3 days. I am getting 2 hours of hold time after which they disconnect in 30 mins. So I am posting my questions here ( hoping i get some answers here)
1. I have received a severance package till Dec 2020 and have been notified to submit EI asap for later period( they have submitted ROE). While filing the EI form, where can i mention that I am getting severance package? IS Workers' Compensation package same as severance? If yes, where can I get its claim number?
2. When asked for max pay before EI, can I include my severance pay? I am receving paystubs for the severance as normal pay.
3. On my SIN card, they have mentioned first name, second name and last name. EI form is asking for a given name. Can I write my first name as given name?

For EI questions you should be calling Service Canada rather than the CRA

Sorry..yup called service canada..not cra(my bad).today is day 4 of calling them. Called at 8: 30:00am when customer service opens. I have been given an estimate of 2 + hours and I am sure it will disconnect automatically in an hour or so.. anyways.. does anyone know any answers about my questions?
