I have a question, my niece will apply for a student visa! Way back 2015 - she went to work in Alberta - with 2 years work permit , she married a Canadian but eventually separated went home (Phils) after the work permit expired (2017).
So now we're gonna apply for her student visa should we still attached a declaration of severance of spouse? Or just a Statutory declaration that she is now separated and haven't travel back to Canada since her last exit. Unfortunately her current passport stil bears the husbands last name. Any thoughts ...thank you for any advise we could get.
