I think there's something super simple I'm missing. I have a US mailing address and I'm supposed to send some documents + a prepaid envelope to the Ottawa office. I tried to sort this all out yesterday (the sooner it gets done, the sooner I get my COPR, right) but none of the couriers I talked to could help me with the prepaid envelope part. USPS, UPS, and FedEx won't let me prepay for international mail.
At the same time, I see that a lot of people online have already cleared this hurdle/solved this problem.
How?
What am I missing? Which courier do I go to and what do I ask for?
