My AOR is 27 Aug. I was requested to pay RPRF on Sep 19 and did it the next day. Background check In progress on the same day.
According to Paris VO (which is supposed to process my application) my file is processed at CPC Ottawa.
My question is : Do all applications transfer to local VO ? are there some cases of FSW outland who their applications were completely processed in Ottawa ?
And more important can any members share their timelines of CPC ottawa processing ?

AOR 20th of April
Medical passed 10th of May
BG In progress 3rd of May
BG Not needed at this time 21th of July
BG In progress again 10th of September
I'm CEC Inland.
To answer your question : when local VO are too busy with applications, Ottawa can take some; so it may happen that some outlands applications are to be processed in Ottawa.
