Yeah because as for me security is still stuck at not started. And eligibility is still in progress since Dec 20. As per the cbsa notes, only security is not started and due date is nov 1, 2023.

Security won’t start until eligibility is passed though.

Did your eligibility also come from recommend pass to passed? I wonder my eligibility is taking too long for the officer to be checked.

Does making call/inquiry slower the application?

not yet. 6 months will complete by 20 Apr. hope to get one before that may be sooner in Apr quota.
