No it showed eligiblity in progress and background not started even until the next day. Now it shows completed.

OMG, I just received portal email today and when I called IRCC yesterday they told both background check and eligibility are not started yet.

I only know my primary VO, and the status tracker still show background check and eligiblity not started

On the tracker website both eligibility and background are "not started" as of yet. Think VO Edmonton won't update every step they proceed immediately. They will just give you a surprise!

No it showed eligiblity in progress and background not started even until the next day. Now it shows completed.

That gives me hope as my application was last updated on the 14th of July and since then both eligibility and background verification are ‘In Progress’.
