I received a nomination from Ontario for PNP. I need both to submit a copy of my ECA report to OINP and allow WES to share it with them.
The problem is that some months ago, I upgrades my WES report to ICAP (Course by course - CxC). And in the main board of my WES account, the option to share ECA doesn't appear anymore and I can share only the ICAP report. But OINP is requesting my ECA and not my ICAP.
What should I do? Shall I share my ICAP to them instead the ECA as requested? In any case, I don't have the original copy of ICAP, only a copy which can be donwloaded from WES, but has a legend "NOT OFFICIAL".
Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you in advance.

Please read the terms again, as far as I remember it says somewhere on your account that the report will be automatically sent to IRCC.
You can download it and send it, also you can request a copy from WES but not sure.
