I used Canada Xpress post to mail my application. I used PO box address and everything went fine. It's always better to go for courier so you can track it. Now days you can not relay on mail, esp. when you have yours originals in.
NO. Processing your application will NOT be faster if you choose to courier your application package instead of mailing via Canada Post. Only advantage, if you will, with courier shipment is that you can track the package and is probably faster in getting to its destination, but has no impact on how fast CPC-M will take in reviewing your app.

Thats correct, CPC-M is currently taking 52 days to process the first stage approval and then the file gets transfered to the appropriate VISA office so plus that.
I put the courier address on the envelope but it was sent with xpresspost. do you think this is a problem or xpresspost will correct it to the p.o.box? Will my package end up at the wrong address?

It will not be faster arriving at its destination. Keep in mind that Canada Post is still a fringe government entity. They have been moving items within Canada much longer than anyone else. When I cleared/delivered mail from Revenue Canada and CIC I went straight into the mail rooms while couriers picked up from the dock. You can also track your package even if you send it regular parcel post as well as request a signature at the other end. It is also cheaper.
So Canada post xpress post is best option when it is a large package ? or I should go for FedEx ? If I chose CP Xpress, It is better to send to PO box to courier address ? Should I choose signature option ? On PO box is there anyone who sign the package ? wont it be delayed because of it ?
