hello guys,

i have a question po...
paano po mgsend ng passport/visa package ang embassy?
i've been reading threads here that it's via lbc, fedex,etc..

in my situation, i'm not living in the city nor town...
and there is no fast courier dito sa amin...
the only way for the embassy to reach me is via postal mail.
guys, do u think that the embassy will send me a note first where to send my pp/visa package?
or do u think, they will just send it to me by postal mail?
and how long is the approximate time for me to receive it starting the day they gonna mail it?

pls feel free to share ur advices, experiences, ideas, etc... thanks to all...

best regards,

what province are you from anyway, i mean most courier companies in the philippines can deliver to any destination within the country.

i believe the Canadian Embassy Manila will not send back your passports via ordinary mail first of all for security reasons. And believe me, you would not want them to send it via ordinary mail, you know how bad Philpost is :D Sorry to bash our country's postal service but it is the truth, they are not that reliable.

From what I have read here, they deliver "COLLECT" via DHL or LBC. so what will happen is you have to pay the courier the fees first before they will release the passports to you.

And also, there's only one Canadian Embassy in the Philippines - in Makati, so that's where you will send your passport for visa stamping.
