Country specific requirements for Cuba question

I am confused by the above statement and hoping someone can help! Documents issued by Cuba which I have to provide are : Passport (send original?) Birth certificate , do I send original - or notarized translation with copy? Criminal record check (guessing sent copy with notarized translation?) Thanks much!!!
