Could not download form IMM5257E to apply TRV

Hi folks,

i am facing with the issue 404 when i try to download IMM5257E form following the link:
ht tp://w ww.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257E.pdf (because i am not authorized to post the link to i space it with some grap)

Do you know the reason why? Or you got the same issue?

This is my first time to apply for TRV.
CIC requires to fill up and upload the form: "Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257)"
after i clicked on the title above. It show me 404 page.

Hi.. which browser are you using? I think it can only be downloaded through the internet explorer, an updated one.

i tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari because i am using Mac
Will try on Windows with IE later then i will let you know

I tested to download this file on Windows 7 and IE 9
bad luck. i got the same problem with 404 landing page.

Anyone please test to download this link above, and how can we notice CIC to fix this link?
are we able to download this form from other resources?

I tried both links, different browsers on Mac. Updated adobe acrobat, but still no luck. I can download all other docs except for this one. I sent cic a message via 'Report a technical problem' along with an Error 404 screenshot.

My guess is this is a problem from their end as Error 404 means a broken or non-existent link. Maybe everyone applying for a visa now should send a message via 'Report a technical problem' (you can access it after logging into your CIC page) so that CIC can realise this is a systematic issue and that they need to fix it.

Fingers crossed that CIC will give us a helpful solution asap.

Finally, i downloaded this form to my laptop. (and i still think it is a lucky)
Because i tried to download on the same laptop and it did not work at home (always showed 404 page)
Today, i tried to download it in my office and it workes once.
Then i tried to download again, it showed 404. (I do not understand what is the problem with that link)

Some hints,
Please download latest version of Adobe Reader and install it.
Then restart computer then try to download it on Windows with Internet Explore.
