Actually I already transferred to the US so that I'm not working in Canada anymore. After received P1 email, I re-entered Canada with TRV and replied to P1 email with "yes, I'm in Canada now".

However, I cannot spend too many days in Canada, and it seems that the delay between P1 and P2 becomes longer and longer.

Could I just wait for P2 email abroad, then come back and do the portal login in Canada?
