could I go border to get new work premit whlie in restoration status?Plus, I have PNP certificat

Hi, my work permit was expired on oct/20. I did submit the application form before that, but somehow, CIC website has some technical issue going on so that I have been charged for work permit and restoration fee together on Oct 21.
My question is could I go border to get a new work permit while in restoration status?nowI have Certificate.
and I am working on LMIA Exempt Numer, would there be a big risk about going border?

Since you're out of status and under restoration, CBSA will not let you back in if you leave the country.
