Correcting 3911e

I am a PR holder living in Canada. I have sposored my wife and sent the documents for sponsorship.

I forgot to mention on my 3911e that my wife went to Saudi Arabia to visit her father when she was single.
One more thing on that subject. She had a residency in Saudi Arabia (which is now cancelled) but after she became 18 years old, she only went to saudi arabia for 3 months at a time. Do we need to provide Police Report for that?

We forgot also to mention that we went to Iran for 3 days after we got married.

Do we need to correct the form?

If we need to correct it. How do we do that?

You need to give full information on where she has lived since she was 18.
If she has lived in another country for more than 6 months then you also need to provide a police report for that country.

It looks to me like your region-specific forms require you to list all travel, so I think you should send in the corrected information.
If they want the police certificate from Saudi Arabia, they will probably ask for it later, and you won't have to send it in now.
