Correct Mexican CVAC Address

Hello Ive applied for my visitor visa online and now have been told to send in my original passport to CVAC.

I am Mexican living and working in Mexico.

Which is the correct address???

The first address I am given on the cic_gc_ca/submit-envoyer/offices-bureaux site
is
EAPP
Embassy of Canada Visa Section
Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193
Col. Granada
11520 Mexico City, D.F.
Mexico

However once redirected to the VFS global site
i am given the following address
Mexico City:
Jaime Balmes #11, Torre D-201, Col. Polanco Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico, Distrito Federal, CP 11510

]Which is correct???

Todos los documentos se tienen que traducir por un traductor legal. No se necesita boleto de avión. Debes tener al menos 10mil pesos disponibles por cada semana de viaje sin contar tu hotel.

Un post en español está bien, pero como el foro es en inglés te pueden borrar los temas. Mejor todo en inglés.

I applied on april 13, and today I got the passport request letter, they want me to send it to the CVAC.

does that mean, my visa got approved?

I've applied on May 28th, and I don't get the Visa yet...

I've applied on May 28th. On June 16th I was notified that my application was incomplete and told me to send one receipt by electronic email. I send it inmediately, but still now, I don't have even a number for tracking my application.

Do you believe that there is a chance to receive my passport with the visa before July 17 th?

yes, like 200 pesos at the CVAC office.
