Hello, I am an temporary resident (Post-graduate Work Permit), and my parents and I have COPRs that were granted post March 18th.

According to the website, my parents can request for an Authorization to travel because they are uniting with an immediate family member who is a temporary resident, so we sent an email to the address provided. (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...avirus-covid19/visitors/immediate-family.html)

Has anyone here have experience doing this?

How to unite with an immediate family member who is in Canada temporarily
Who is an immediate family member

An immediate family member is defined as a
If you’re travelling to Canada from the US
If you’re travelling from the US to reunite with an immediate family member who is in Canada temporarily, you must provide evidence that your travel is non-discretionary, such as to live with your spouse, common-law partner or family member.

You do not need written authorization from IRCC if travelling to Canada from the US.

If you’re travelling to Canada from a country other than the US
If you’re travelling from a country other than the US, you must have written authorization from IRCC to fly to Canada.

The written authorization is a one-time use authorization confirming that you’re exempt from the travel restrictions. It’s valid only for the period needed to travel.

You are either 22 or 23 on a PGWP so not a dependent of your parents.

22. I was applied as a dependent and my mother is the primary applicant.

You are a dependent on the PR application. For the travel exemption you highlighted you are not her dependent now that you are 22 so she wouldn't qualify.
