Creating this thread to track portal / CoPR delays and known issues.

Hoping to create a central thread for people to check any time they experience any delays to see what kind of process they might be in for.
 
Can anyone tell what is the current wait time for eCoPR I submitted my In-Canada declaration on 28th Aug. It’s been 3 Months sent few emails to Montreal VO and no timeline was shared.
