copr original entry date question?

Hi

I got copr today. In that we have two lines.
Date of last entry:
Original entry:

Both the dates are same as my last entry date in 2013. Does both should be same or different.
While i entered canada in 2009.
I dont have time on wrk permit. I need to do landing this saturday.

No, logically entry date should be 2009 (the year when you entered in canada). but this is common mistake CIC does
no need to worry
You have 2 option . either email to CIC and get it corrected by or first do landing and then you can send correction process .
CBSA officer also can do at border .
In my case without asking me he corrected all dates by his own
BUT i know from forum members CBSA officer don't entertain for most of them
