Hi guys,
I got my passport back with COPR.
But noticed that my last entry date, original entry date, last entry at. Are BLANK.
Anyone got COPR with these date blank?
Thanks.
COPR often has problems like that. It's minor and no an issue.
Make sure your name, date of birth, place of birth, passport number and other personal identifiers are valid. Border services has access to all your travel data and they can compare to what's on passport if they need to.

Similar scenario. Got COPR today.
The original entry date and last entry date are same. The last entry date is not the updated one...

That field is blank ....
Just going through the posts in the forum and people had no issues landing with such minor errors... not sure what to do... your thoughts ?
That was quick nirsw. You got your passport back in 24 hours. You should go ahead and land you will be fine. If see issues of this nature on this forum and they were able to land no problem

No need to carry photo as far as i know...
you will be ok, i did my landing with the same thing, the only surprise for me was that they ask me to give them ALL of my previous work permits not only the current one, thanks God i had all of them in my car at the time.

Did they return all your work permit? Or kept those within their office?
Completed the landing at Rainbow Bridge today..there were no issues with the errors on the COPR. The officer informed that these errors are common and there is no need to worry.. no corrections were made either...
All the best folks
