CoPR number on PR Tracker

Visa office?

Ottawa. Is there a reason this sort of thing happens, most people get RFV within 2 days of final decision ghost update whereas some have to wait longer? What's left after eligibility and background check?

Not sure about that..But, I read on a thread here that some visa offices send out ppr in batches..I just don't know if that's true though..

Final decision - May 23, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Still nothing received. Called IRCC yesterday, agent told me all completed, but application is still in progress.

I just received a portal 1 email asking the information. The tracker has also been updated with COPR number.
Following this email, I have also received the ppr for my dependents outside of Canada.
Visa office Montreal.
Application submitted in Oct 2022.
AOR: Dec 2022
Medical: Dec 2022
PNP Nomination SINP.

Hello ,

My spouse and child got COPR details updated in the tracker. while Eligibility, BGC, Medical and Bio for Spouse show completed. The child's Eligibility and BGC still shows Not Started and In progress (Bio is exempt and Medicals show completed ). Please advise if PPR is near or its a routine process and has no bearing to the application being approved yet .

When did you receive portal 1 ( provide some information details) and portal 2 ( upload photos) after you see the COPR on the tracker
