COPR fees of VAC in NY

Mine was delivered on Apr 13, today they updated saying it'll be processed today EOD. will keep everyone posted.

As replied over email . GU, counterfoil & approved status in GCkey a while back. Woohoo!
I reached out on the email given in the RFV letter asI had to change my address and they in fact asked me to reply back with the tracking number once passport is submitted. But I realized only today that VFS update is different from the VAC and updated them with the tracking number today. And they did mention that the usual turn around time is 2-3 weeks.

CNGNYIM-PR-RP@international.gc.ca - This was the ID in my visa letter to which I reached out to for change of address.

Any Expected timeline processing for PR stamping at NY VAC ?, it's been 3 weeks and it still says under process at IRCC office!!

Mine was under process at the IRCC Office on Apr 21 2022.

I got two emails today (29th April) "We sent you a message about your application" and "The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in USA, New York.".
