I got first portal email on November 30 and Portal 2nd on December 01 . Now waiting for Ecopr.

Hi, I received the portal 1 email on Dec 14th that says 'we sent you a message about your application' and the RFV pdf is there. Can I send my passport now? what is portal 2 email?

Inland and Outland is not similar. Not sure how outland process

I have got RFV email indicating provide passport details. But I am in canada at this point on TRV. I am planning to opt for Virtual Landing.

Can I travel while eCOPR is being finalized? Is my TRV valid at this point while PPR is issued.

Please provide your inputs.

Hey @vky0123 Same case. My copr details were updated in the tracker on 5th October but no portal 1 or portal 2 emails still.
it's been more than one month. I read many threads that some are receiving portal 1 emails within 3 days to two weeks. It's literally scaring me. I am A PNP inland are you A PNP inland?

Quick Update - I received Portal 1 email on December 22nd. I had COPR number updated in tracker/Final decision in progress since November 21st.

Unfortunately I had to travel out of Canada for vacation/break and so replied back to IRCC email saying I will be back in Jan 2nd week. No idea how long it will take now to receive new instructions.

Hi, my VO is also Etobicoke
So all steps in tracker are completed, except for my spouse - elegibility not started yet.
I saw an update on the portal yesterday: Final decision - December 6, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
And I see COPR numbers and expiry dates on trackers since yesterday. Is this a good sign that the application is approved?

Generally takes a month after you receive the COPR number in the tracker and the "Final decision is in progress" to receive the Portal 1 mail.

I am primary applicant and my wife is dependent. In tracker all my 4 steps show complete and green, in my wife’s it shows 3 as complete and ELIGIBILITY as ‘NOT STARTED’. This has been like this for the past 3-4months. COPR document numbers are available for both since Oct’23 but still the same eligibilty not started in my wife’s section. When can we expect PPR? Please guide. Thanks!

Why don't you run this with an IRCC agent? Call them and they will give you the latest update regarding your query. Mine still shows eligibility - not started even though all completed=passed.
