Hi! The same situation here. We got our Copr number on tracker but didn’t receive any email. I called there on September 4th and the guy said that they sent on august 22 but probably they would send again in two weeks. But till now nothing. Any email nor update.

Tracker is not reliable. I already got my eCOPR back in May but my tracker still shows "eligibility not started".

Hey, same to me. all went green except eligibility. I assuming may be it happened because I'm not the main applicant. Rest IRCC knows....

I called them and all they say is wait

Principal applicant eligibility has completed.. But why dependant eligibility still showing not started..

How long does it take to receive P1 after copr number on tracker ?

I used the email trick and received portal 1 today! However, the dependent on my application also received portal 1 and was listed as the primary applicant. Is that normal? We're both inland.
