Hi, may I ask when you had all four items shown complete in the tracker? I am also applying from the US, Apr. 15 AOR and May 4 MEP. The tracker had all complete since May 31 but no update ever since. The PVO is also Ottawa.
My background and eligibility were "in process" together until 6/21 when they both changed to "complete". My biometrics and medical were complete a couple of days after I submitted them.

Hi everyone,
I just got my RFV yesterday (outland FSW living in the US - details in my signature). I have to mail my passport to an address in Ottawa, ON.
I actually have plans to travel to Canada for a conference in mid-July. Does anyone have any sort of estimate of how long it'll take them to mail back my passport?
CEC Inland (PA + dependent)
AOR April 6
Meds passed May 9
Tracker - everything completed except dependent's Eligibility (Not started)
Tracker showed COPR numbers June 20
IRCC showed Final decision June 20
It's been 3 days and no email with portal credentials
I called IRCC yesterday and to my surprise was told that the case is still open and it's being worked on.
I asked how is this possible given that final decision and COPR numbers are already showing
The answer was: it's just the updates. lol
Anyone has a timeline for Inland CEC?
I wonder what I should do
PS: I don't know what office is processing our case, but we applied from Vancouver

I did call and 2 webforms. VO = Montreal SVO = CIO.
No changes or updates. The tracker gets updated info on the activities that they received my feedback/enquiry Last Updated date, but no portal 1 email yet.

I see.
I received an update to my tracker as well after calling IRCC yesterday
Did you ask for VO specifically or you found it somewhere?
Could you please tell me what SVO stands for?

You can order gcms notes and see what's really going on. But prepare to wait for at least a month. I heard that after you mention to the IRCC call center worker that your gcms notes are showing that your RFV was supposed to be sent to you 2 months ago, they change the tone of the conversation and you get your email soon after!
