COPR and coronavirus

I think they are sending PPR's to ppl who have expired COPR's. That's what I noticed as ppl who've got remed request later than me have already gotten PPR's and they all had expired COPR's.

Do you know broadly how long it was for those people from meds passed to PPR?

Premarch COPR case
Remedical done on 8th November,2021 and passed on 9th November, 2021.
Noticed a ghost update on 14th November and it showed under Background check as ; Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. Before ghost update, it was "not applicable".
Does this mean, they will go through entire process again?

When did you pass background check earlier?

@13nitinsharma hey any idea how long will it take for VO Delhi office to return the passport after submitting it? It's been two weeks since they showed an update on the vfsglobal saying it's under process.

4-5 weeks is the timeline, it may vary due to festive season.

Hi All,
I paid courier fee for passport submission but my home address is not in service area so I provided my friend's address. Should I be present at my friends address during the pick up time or the courier agent can pick up from my friend?

Probably before March 2020, at the end of February when they sent me COPR

Did anyone that got the UE on 21st Sept get any update on the Profile or any email for medical? Its been more than 1.5 month and no response!
I'm worried now and is there any way to contact IRCC and confirm they do have my reply to their email or how long its going to take?

Just received an email requesting the passport photos! COPR is close!

wow!! this is actually a good news that you received PPR on 14 November. That means IRCC even working on weekends!! I really hope we all get it soon

I wish that was true. Timeline is different for each application.
I have been waiting for the next step (Not sure if it would be PPR or some other doc request) since 27th Oct 21, the day I passed my remedicals.
So whenever we answer such questions, don't forget to write "May be/I am not 100% sure". Reason being, a very specific timeline shared by someone raises someone's expectations to great extent. It increases anxiety once that timeline crosses.

I believe "Expect the least and wait patiently" is the best approach IMO.
