it seems many have received the UE. which gives me hope and stress at the same time. feels like I m all alone waiting. hope IRCC won't forget about my application (AOR Aug2020 and still waiting)
Ohh okay. No worries it will sail smooth.
In my case the agent’s mandate is over too. However, when I had written to RROC in August, they clearly pointed out that they can’t respond to me coz of privacy issues and that my personal email I’d is not in their records. I responded to them with agents details and they reached out to my agent with the ultimatum mail within 48 hours. So it’s clear that since agent’s registered email is on file irrespective of their mandate timelines, all communications will be directed only to them. Luckily my agent has been renewing their mandate by timely submitting ‘Use of Representative’ form to IRCC.
RROC process specific NOC that are deemed essential for Canada. Right? Hopefully you will get medical very very soon.
My COPR expired back in March then I sent email to VO which issued my COPR & PRV but they said since my email id is not authorized for my application, they won`t respond. They said to send a duly signed letter by the applicant to their email stating my personal email id is authorized to make further communication. I send them a signed letter from my email id stating I being primary applicant authorize my personal email id besides the immigration agent registered email id. After that, VO started to make communication directly with me.

I read somewhere in the news, there were 23,000 expired COPR holders who couldn’t travel due to restrictions. Many have received UE but there are still many friends who are yet to receive UE. They have said earlier, they will try to reach all expired COPR holders by October end. Everyone will get mail soon. Please don`t take much stress & don`t lose hope.
Hi, I live in Singapore. I’m not sure how to determine where the VO is, but my biometrics and 1st passport submission were given to Canada Visa Center in Singapore. Is mine considered as Singapore VO?

I have received my CoPR in April 2021 with the expiration in December 2021. Due to COVID and family situations, I can not travel to Canada before December 2021 and would require some extension on my CoPR.
Wanted to check if there is any process to get the extension under COVID situation?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Hitesh

They released this when they informed of the new processing for expired COPRs. "We expect people with a COPR and permanent resident visa that are valid until October 1, 2021 or after to have enough time to come to Canada before their documents expire."
You are better off using your family reason rather than covid, for not traveling.
Hello Everyone, I had received ultimatum email on 28th Sept and replied same day but my application is still in approved state. I am bit worried. Is it normal?
thanks for sharing the update. Are you a pure FSW-O (haven't received any PNP nomination from any province)? Also which mail address did you get the remedical request from ? in case you are a Pure FSW-O and have received the remed mail from a mail address having "Spore" in it, you are very likely to have Singapore VO as your Primary VO.

IRCC clearly stated that they believe that holders of CoPR with an expiry date on or after the 1st of October have enough time to arrange their landing travel.
from a youtube video by an immigration consultant, I recently watched: IRCC is less likely to provide an extension for CoPR in normal circumstances. and if it expires your application is just closed regardless of your reasons.
in case you email them to request an extension they may take a long time to answer back and maybe by that time the expiry date becomes closer and therefore more problematic for you to arrange your flight in a matter of few days maybe.
as I am a holder of an expired CoPR and the stress I feel as I still didn't receive the UE: I believe you better -or should- arrange your landing even a soft landing. spend two weeks -for quarantine- there and come back.
or try to get a vaccination that is approved by Canada and do a normal soft-landing trip for few days, as fully vaccinated are allowed to do non-essential travel now.
I need some advice-
AOR 2019
PPR 1 sep 2019
Expiry- July 2020
Remeds - 13 Aug 2021
Passed 16 Aug 2021
PPR 2- waiting
VO- SGVO
I found a job and supposed to join in Dec but haven't received my PPR 2.
1. Should I resign current job as I have 2 month notice?
2. Should I give up this canada offer, its real hard work and I may not be able to land without offer.
3. Any idea if I will get it soon or anything I can do to expedite the process?
Last time PPR 1 came within a month after meds, this time so late.
