Plus now when I check the IRCC website after the 23rd December update I don't find them mentioning of authorization letter anywhere. Experts on this forum, please look into this and help me out.

hi guys.I got an email today from ottawa vo that my medicals have been extended till 27feb and i need to let them know if i am ready to travel before my new medicals expire to which i have already replied with a big yes..can anyone please let me know how soon i can expect to get a new copr n AL.n also i am a single applicant..when can my husband n kid land under immediate family exemption after i complete my landing ??

Sorry. There is no fix time line for these things. It can differ from 5 days to 45 days.

Hey,
I would just say calm down. Do not panic like this. It is somewhat the same question, no 1 has a definite answer for this. The moment they get an AL they can land. I know these are tough times and we have to live through this.
Even I am separated from my Wife. Waiting for AL.
