VFS has just tweeted it is opening so many VACs in New Delhi. Not Canada ones, but it is a good sign I think. (Sorry, cannot giv link to tweeter - it is blocked at my work)
This sounds good but we should rely on instructions from IRCC after we send them webform/email for our ability to travel. Every VO is working differently one has asked for remedicals and one has auto extended the medicals and advised the applicant that new CoPR will not come under exemption list and should only book tickets after instructions from IRCC regarding CoPR extension.
It will be really great if it happens and many ppl are demanding for it.Actually that makes sense if we have old copr their will be no chances of froad in case of e coprs issued.
Not yet :-( Looks like my country is going on a 4 week lockdown again! The situation is getting worse here - people don't believe in the virus and patients dying from pneumonia is not a persuasive factor for them. People keep arranging weddings and family gatherings - so dumb!

Just raise a case specific webform tell them you can't travel or unwilling to travel because of pandemic... The link of that is there in your AOR letter.
Hi, can you please share which flight you've booked (airline name)? As i am also in a similar situation in the UAE, any information received would be of immense help since we're also trying to figure out whether to book tickets right now or wait..
Hi everyone.... My COPR is expiring on 7th July, 2020. Luckily I have been able to book the Air India Flight from Delhi to Toronto for 6th July, 2020.
Is there anyone else who is going on the same date?
