Hi, not sure if just a co-incidence or it really worked, but remeds got updated on 4th oct, 21 after replying to the "still willing to immigrate e-mail"
.Waiting for PPR now. Thanks a tonne!!!

Is there anything I should be doing from my side now?

when did you get "still want to imigrate"email?

Date of Permanent Residence

What date is this supposed to be exactly?

June 2020: Sent email to IRCC stating my inability to travel due to pandemic
7 April 2021: Email from IRCC, " are you still interested to immigrate..."
7 April 2021: Submitted my reply, YES
17 April 2021: Email from IRCC, "your application status changed to In-Process...."
13 May 2021: received MR for me and my all dependents, and PCC + Adl Family Info + Schedule A Background Check only of my one kid who attained age of 18 in Dec. 2020
02 June 2021: Medicals done
24 June 2021: Medicals Passed- updated in GC Key Acc.
2 Aug 2021: Decision Made -updated in GC Key
5 Aug 2021: PPR received
13 Aug 2021: Received new CoPR and Passports with new visa sticker

Hi,
You’ll need to prepare a different packet for each applicant. For EACH packet the following need to be included:
1. Passport
2. Height and eye color of the passport holder (https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5455b.pdf)
3. Passport request letter (IRCC)
4. VFS consent form (will be included in the confirmation email from VFS after payment)
5. Courier & SMS form (will be included in the confirmation email from VFS after payment)
6. 2 photos as per the specifications in passport request letter. ONE of the photos should have the stamp of the photo studio at the back + date of clicking the photo + name of the person + date of birth

Can you also clarify in your new counterfoil what is the validity date (Valid to: Date, under Application details), whether it is July 24, 2021 (Date of Remedical done) or Aug 01, 2021 (Date of Remedical passed)?

As per the IRCC website, it mentions they have a backlog and will take time to update. But this notification has been there for quite sometime. So just wanted to gauge how long it will take currently.

As per my knowledge it is always the date on which you pass the medicals.

No, i have not received the remeds letter. I just went and did upfront medical.

Oh! You arent supposed to do upfront medicals. The ultimatum email specifically says not to do upfront medicals.

I didnt receive the ultimatum email.
