i did, but it's not very useful. i got one 3 days ago when my passport was dispatched. nothing after that.

Visa application, tracking ID No. ************* has been dispatched to the OC from VAC , on 2021-07-26 01:58:31 PM for processing. - VFS Global

What is OC?

I was able to track through vfs website https://visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/can/track-application

Yes, you should renew your passport. When a passport is renewed any valid visas on the expired passport continue remain valid, but you will have to carry both passports.

You do not need to inform IRCC about the renewal of your passport as your file is approved and closed so no changes or updates can be made.

Thank you so much @legalfalcon . I have riased request to renew my passport now and will travel with both passports.

What is OC?

OC is Operation Center. I too got a text from VFS today. Also an email stating tracking ID & a new AWB.

On VFS Tracking website, I see this message - Your application, tracking ID No. *********** is in transit and has been dispatched to the IRCC Office through the NEW DELHI Office, on 2021/07/26 for processing.

Congrats! Could you please elaborate about the quarantine process?
Were you exempt from quarantine and what does your ARRIVECAN say?

I'm fully vaccinated, so no institutional quarantine. I got tested before departing and once on arrival at YVR airport. I need to do daily health check-in on ArriveCan and that's pretty much all.

Hi, thank you for sharing your landing experience. I have a question on filling up arrivecan app. What option did you chose for the purpose of travel? I cannot see an option like approved COPR. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I wasn't sure either and simply picked the 'immigration' or 'returning to canada' option if I remember correctly. It was pretty confusing so only that one seemed relevant.
