You need the PPR letter, the webform asks for the PPR letter to be uploaded. So please use the webform only if you have the PPR request.

Yes - they said that they will call us. By the looks of it, it seems there are atleast 10k+ people. Manually emailing, calling, going about the couriers etc - this is definitely going to be very slow

Same with me ,I have received 2 dependent applicants confirmation mail but not for the primary applicant .

I submitted mine at 10 am (no dependents). did not get any confirmation email.

Sometime back I do know that sometime the payment link came after 7 days of submission for few and for some it took 2-3 days .. I think there TAT is within 10 days

most people who are single applicants did not get a confirmation. secondary applications are getting emails. don't send a second one, your first form will be invalidated and you'll have to go all the way back in line. they have put this warning on submission page:
If you have filled the webform once, please do not fill it again, as duplicate requests will be deleted and you might have to wait longer in the queue.
