But again, I worry you submit form, they reply with some BS or waste more time... you know they no smart. This add layer of complications for them. So, if keep simple, ircc webform ok. But if you feel brave and infinite patient (because who knows they may take longer because of some change in your application profile :O), you can try to add representative. But I person ally will not recommend. I just share this option in case you want to be do somethings.

"Shock" is an understatement at this point. 'Hopeless', 'numb', 'tired', 'humiliated' are the adjectives I would use.
