if anybody got the international study permit from India to Canada.
Without starting the studies, if person got the full time work permit in Canada, n employer is ready to sponsor the person for LMO.
Can the student able to cancel his study permit or convert into work permit within Canada or he/she needs to go to home country.
If there is any risk in work permit application due to cancellation of study visa?
please help with the query.
You would apply for a work permit based on the LMIA. If the work permit is approved, this will effectively cancel your study permit and you can start working full time as soon as the work permit is approved.
Note that there is no guarantee the work permit will be approved. CIC could refuse the work permit - especially if they believe you only applied for a study permit as a means of getting into Canada and were never a genuine student.
I would avoid coming to Canada on a study permit and then converting to a work permit without attending school.
If you aren't a genuine student, forget about the study permit and just apply for the work permit directly once you have an approved LMIA.
