My son is applying to study in Canadian universities.
It is probable that, our PR will be granted AFTER he has started his lesson in Canada university.
When this happen, will the university convert his tuition fee from international fee to domestics fee immediately? And refund whatever amount has been paid extra to us?
What are the documents we need to submit to the university to convert the fee?
Your son will still be under student visa and i dont think the domestic fee structure will aplly to him unless he gets the PR or may be citizenship...not sure...

Each university sets its own policies with regards to fees and tuition. You'll have to contact the university or universities he plans on attending to find out what their policies are.
