I have a question regarding becoming a full time permanent employee from full time contract with the same company. I have started my job (NOC B) on December 2016 under a 6 months full time contract. After 3 months, on March 2017, I became full time permanent. It's a 40 hours per week, salaried position and I am still employed with them. Now my question is does that first 3 months count as a full time experience under CEC? Or do I need to stay there until Mar 2018 to finish 1 year to qualify under CEC? This triggered after I saw this, the last bullet point:
Federal Skilled Workers and Canadian Experience Class
A valid job offer has to be:
made by one employer
continuous
paid
full-time (at least 30 hours a week)
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa

Thanks for the correction. I am on my post graduation work permit since June 2016 and valid until June 2019. So as per your opinion my current position does qualify for CEC if I count the entire work ex from December 2016.
