He can, but he won't have any money to live for rent, food etc. If only I could afford it, but I have bare minimum money just for myself.

Unless you live with your parents, it isn't that much extra for 2 people to live together. Just food is the problem. When I didn't have enough for rent while in University I worked out a deal with the local youth hostel that I could live there for free and let people in at night. People ended up leaving a lot of food behind and I didn't have to spend much on groceries. If you want something badly enough you will find ways to make it happen.

His school is not recognized for that and anyway it would only be allowed for his field :'(

Yes I do, maybe I could beg my mom to have him live with me ;D! Honestly I would work 80 hours a week to make it work but I have had NOO luck finding a second job right now! I had to reapply at my previous job before India. Do you have any extra job ideas in BC Lower Mainland like that? Thanks

Do you have a licence? Maybe you can apply at car dealerships as a lot boy. Driving the cars around the car lot, as needed and detailing.
