Confusion on Second Degree inclusion in EE if not comparable to Canadian Degree

Shall i include my second degree in Express Entry if WES says : The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian
education credential.

Second If I include what do i choose in the drop down menu of Express Entry Column for the Canadian Equivalency?
My Overall Canadian Equivalency Summary is : Bachelor's degree (four years)

Include only your Bachelors for which you are getting points. You can explain about the second degree in LOE.
